By using the services of Collision City, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Estimates & Authorization
- All repair estimates are provided in good faith and are subject to change.
- No work begins without customer approval.
- Customers must provide accurate vehicle and insurance details.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of repairs.
- We accept cash, debit/credit, and insurance payments.
- Vehicles are released only after full payment.
3. Insurance Claims
We assist with claims, but:
- We are not responsible for insurance delays.
- The customer pays any non-covered charges.
- Insurance approval may not cover all services.
4. Warranties
- We provide a 12-month workmanship and paint warranty.
- Warranty excludes wear, future accidents, improper care, or modifications.
- Parts warranties follow manufacturer terms.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Vehicles must be picked up within 5 days after completion.
- Storage fees may apply after the pickup window.
- Customers must provide proof of ownership/authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Damage caused by theft, fire, or natural disasters.
- Loss of personal items left inside vehicles.
- Indirect or incidental damages.
7. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website. Information may change without notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms follow local state laws and disputes are settled in local courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime with a revised effective date.
